CONSTANT TEMP. WATER SYSTEM TEST
This device mainly
provides high precision and stable temperature and volume of
constant temperature water inlet for heat pump water heater nominal
ambient and auto-control the water heater switch on and switch off
by the water temperature from the storage tank or testing water
tank, moreover auto-time and add up electric energy. From these
original data, users can acquire under-test water heater’s nominal
ambient heat volume and capability data.

HYDRAULIC PRESSURE TEST
DEVICE
This device is the
hydraulic pressure test whole set device of the heat pump water
heater storage tank and similar containers. It can be set-up by
users, auto-adjust tank pressure and it adopts PID control for
pressure addition mode programming control test.
This whole set system
adopts unique cabinet configuration that all control operation can
be done by keyboard keys or touch screen and test procedure can get
record from the recorder.

HEAT PUMP WATER HEATER
INTEGRATED PERFORMANCE LABORATORY
This laboratory is the
integrated performance test solution scheme to the heat pump water
heater.
It combined with
operating conditions adjustment system, constant temp. water
fountain system, hydraulic pressure test system and software test
system.
The operating conditions
adjustment system is used for establishing heat pump water heater
operational heat fountain ambient conditions. The air fountain water
heater adopts air processor with circumstance air cycling process
and the water fountain water heater adopts relative water treatment
cycling process.
The constant temp. water
fountain system adopts the heat pump water heater constant temp.
water system of the Guangzhou Coltherml Environmental Engineering
Technique Co., Ltd.
The hydraulic pressure
test system adopts normal water hydraulic pressure test device
developed by the Guangzhou Coltherml Environmental Engineering
Technique Co., Ltd.
Test software system
completes test auto control, measurement and report forms. All
control functions included ambient set-up, device operation, control
mode set-up, etc. can be completed by computer that maximum reduced
enterprise operators training cost and equipment maintenance cost.
