The platform is built
according to multiple standards, which can meet the performance test
requirements for more than one HVAC
product.
The platform is
self-contained and function-completed. It can provide
man-made environment with the testing of house-hold and
commercial air-conditioners, and finish the property parameter test.
Different test methods are implemented at the same time: indoor air
enthalpy method for air side
,and
water flow calorimeter method for the water side, the result
difference achieved from them is less than 5%.
Reliable result and wide dynamic range can be achieved due to high
resolution and accuracy of transducers.
For
simulating the complex working conditions and evaluating the
products’ adaptability under different climate, the platform
provides a man-made climate environment cover the temp. range from
-20~55℃,humidity
range form 20% to 100%, which can meet the almost all the climate on
the earth.
The
facility provides test software to implement automatic measurement.
And adopt the visual instrument technology to make the HMI
friendlier, which makes the operation easier than before, and you
can dig more information from the software by view the test data in
different ways, such as plots, tables or real time indicators.
