
This laboratory acquires
cold capability/heat capability
of air conditioners by measuring
precise energy measurement of inlet and departed testing separator
under the stable
environmental temperature and humidity condition.
To achieve the test
requirement, outside of the under-test separator added two sets of
suit to maintain the same temperature and humidity with separator
ambient and obtain heat equation from inside to outside, avoiding
heat leakage of the laboratory.
Under above conditions,
the cold or heat
capability of under-test units in the separator by period is equal
to the increased or disappeared heat volume in our wanted stable
ambient and to create a dynamic heat equation state with high
precision measurement.
This kind of calorimeters
commonly used for benchmark laboratory. According to revert veritably
at work environment of room air conditioners those without air path,
it can reflect more accurately the capability of under-test units and
energy wastage. This is the unparallel test method from other
methods.
