
The system is designed for purpose of R&D or quality inspection in air
conditioner manufacturer and research purpose for colleges, it
applies the measurement methodology from the industrial standard
GB/T 7725-2004 and ISO 5151. Psychrometric calorimeter acts as the
tool to measure the capacity of air conditioner. The electrical
parameters are also measured in it.
The Psychrometric type
test facility includes two room to simulating the indoor side and
outdoor side climate condition. It measures capacity by accurately
measuring the psychrometric air properties at the inlet and outlet
of the air conditioner and the airflow through the air conditioner
while maintaining proper indoor and outdoor test conditions. This is
referred to as an Air–Enthalpy method of measurement. Typically,
this is made up
of static pressure cabinet, receiving cabinet, nozzles and induuced-draft
fan.
The measurement items
performed including:Cooling
capacity, heat pump capacity, unstable heat pump capacity under low
temperature, power consumed, C.O.P., flow volume and SEER. This type
of facility is often used for R&D testing and in some cases
certification testing.
The facility provides
test software to implement automatic measurement. And adopt the
visual instrument technology to make the HMI friendlier, which makes
the operation easier than before, and you can dig more information
from the software by view the test data in different ways, such as
plots, tables or real time indicators. The operator can finish the
control to the facility and system only by operating the computer ,
which ensure the stable and safe running of the system.
